These antojitos combine beef and turkey bacon for a delicious bite-sized treat perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped turkey bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy.
  4. Stir in cheese, green onions, and spices until well combined.
  5. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square.
  7. Fold over and seal edges with a fork.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add your favorite BBQ sauce to the filling.
