- 2 pounds pork loin
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
