- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 large apple, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add apple slices, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Cook until apples are tender.
- Remove apple mixture and set aside.
- In the same skillet, place one tortilla, sprinkle half the cheese, add the apple mixture, then top with remaining cheese and another tortilla.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
