Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in the diced apples.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium heat.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
