  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into small balls.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
