  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • ½ cup of powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix with milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Peel and slice the bananas.
  4. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough, brush with melted butter, and place another sheet on top.
  5. Spread the pudding mixture and place banana slices on the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and place it seam-side down on a baking tray.
  7. Brush the top with butter and sprinkle powdered sugar.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing.
