1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk, warmed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread with softened butter.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the butter.
