  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in batter to form small circles.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with syrup or your favorite toppings.
