A deliciously creamy and flavorful dish that combines bowtie pasta with spiced ground beef in a rich Cajun cream cheese Alfredo sauce.

  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and Cajun seasoning. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until fully combined and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
