A creamy and flavorful Cajun-inspired pasta dish featuring bowtie pasta and spiced ground beef.

  • 12 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
  4. Melt the cream cheese and heavy cream together in the skillet, stirring until smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and sauce, stirring to coat.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
