- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked rice

- 2 green onions for garnish
