A delicious recipe for Chicken Braciole stuffed with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take each chicken breast and pound it thin.
  4. Lay the turkey bacon and chicken ham on each chicken breast and top with the cheese mixture.
  5. Roll the chicken breasts tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Remove toothpicks and serve hot.
