  • ½ pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and mustard.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
