- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and in the same skillet, cook the chicken ham until heated through.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil, then layer the slider buns, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sliders and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set and cheese is melted.
