  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spread cranberries in the bottom of a pie crust.
  4. Top with cream cheese mixture.
  5. In another bowl, blend flour, brown sugar, and butter to make a crumb topping.
  6. Sprinkle the crumb topping over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  8. Cool before serving.
