Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix warmed milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread with cranberries, orange zest, and vanilla.
  7. Roll up the dough and cut into equal pieces.
