2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream of mushroom soup, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs, then drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
