Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the pan, browning them on both sides.
  3. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
  4. Add rice, chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, cover, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
