- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the tater tots.
- Sprinkle chopped turkey bacon and half of the cheese over the tater tots.
- Pour half of the egg mixture over the layers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining tater tots, turkey bacon, and egg mixture.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the casserole is set and cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
