- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- In the crockpot, combine the beef stew meat, turkey bacon, onion, and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Pour over the beef mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Stir in the sour cream just before serving.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, you can add a cornstarch slurry 30 minutes before serving.
