A delicious and easy to make Crockpot Beef Stroganoff featuring turkey bacon for a unique twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In the crockpot, combine the beef stew meat, turkey bacon, onion, and garlic.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Pour over the beef mixture.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  4. Stir in the sour cream just before serving.
  5. Serve over cooked egg noodles.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, you can add a cornstarch slurry 30 minutes before serving.
  • This dish can also be served over rice for a different twist.
