- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups canned pumpkin puree
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil. Mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in pumpkin puree.
