  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool and then refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
