  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 cups hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the chicken ham until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer the hash browns, bacon, ham, and cheese in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set in the center.
