- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup coffee, brewed and cooled
- 24 gingerbread cookies
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves until smooth.
- In a shallow dish, pour the cooled coffee.
- Quickly dip each gingerbread cookie into the coffee, ensuring they are moist but not soggy.

- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped cookies and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
