  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, espresso powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
