Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Push vegetables to the side, add steak and minced garlic to the pan.
  4. Cook steak to desired doneness, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
  6. Serve in hoagie rolls with sautéed vegetables.

Notes
