1 pound Brussels sprouts
4 slices turkey bacon
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add Brussels sprouts and cook until slightly tender.
In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
