1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Line a round cake pan with parchment paper and pour half of the melted chocolate into the pan, spreading evenly.
In another bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer in the pan.
Cover the peanut butter layer with the remaining melted chocolate, spreading evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
