  • 1 packet instant yeast

  • 3/4 cup milk, warmed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with cocoa powder, cinnamon, and chocolate chips.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and heavy cream to make the glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
