  • 6 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté until softened.

  4. Add the chicken broth, shredded turkey, thyme, and rosemary.
