  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add honey and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until well combined. Stir in vanilla extract and flour.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  8. Serve chilled with additional honey drizzled on top, if desired.
