  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 4 ounces smoked Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, chipotle sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is baking, peel and chop the potatoes, then boil in salted water until tender.
