  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
