- 1 head cabbage
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the cabbage leaves by blanching them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, diced onions, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, grated carrot, breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Place each patty on a cabbage leaf and wrap it tightly.
