  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup secret sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the sliced onion until caramelized.
  3. Form the ground turkey into patties and cook in the skillet until fully cooked.
  4. Assemble the sandwich with bread, turkey patty, bacon, onions, and cheese.
  5. Grill the sandwich on both sides until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with the secret sauce on the side.
