Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
