  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into triangle shapes.
  3. Spread pesto on each triangle and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Fold the top of the triangle down to form a tree shape.
  5. Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
