  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Spread the dough onto a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon and additional sugar over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
