  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 4 turkey bacon strips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. First, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set aside.
  2. Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread.
  3. Place a slice of turkey bacon at one end of the bread and roll it up.
