An indulgent breakfast treat that combines the rich flavors of cheddar cheese and turkey bacon.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the flour and salt, whisking until smooth.
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese and chopped turkey bacon.
  5. In a cast-iron skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  6. Pour the batter into the skillet and transfer it to the oven.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
