  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 pound egg noodles
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and beef broth. Pour over the beef.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
  4. Shred the beef in the slow cooker and add noodles. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Serve topped with sliced green onions.
