- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 pound egg noodles
- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and beef broth. Pour over the beef.
