  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the milk and butter until warm.
  3. Add the warm mixture to the dry ingredients along with the egg and vanilla.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, and strawberries.
  6. Roll the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
