  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and milk, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough, spread cream cheese, and top with sliced strawberries.
  5. Roll the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
