2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup milk
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Add melted butter and milk, mixing until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough, spread cream cheese, and top with sliced strawberries.
Roll the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
Place in a greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and a little milk until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
Can substitute blueberries or raspberries if desired.
