  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
  3. Slice the flank steak into thin strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
