1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large baking dish, layer the sweet potatoes and cranberries.
In a bowl, mix the cream, cheese, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and salt.
Pour the mixture over the sweet potato and cranberry layers.
