Delicious sliders made with leftover turkey and cranberry sauce for a perfect Thanksgiving treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey and cranberry sauce until well combined.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the turkey mixture evenly over the buns.
  5. Top with shredded Swiss cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some mustard or mayonnaise to the buns before adding the turkey.
  • These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
